What this covers
PromptOS turns plain-language descriptions into structured prompts for AI tools. This draft explains, in
plain terms, how the beta handles the text you enter.
What we process
- The text and any attachments you submit, in order to generate a prompt.
- Basic technical data (such as a hashed identifier and request timing) used to operate and protect the service.
How it is used
- Your input is sent to the underlying AI model provider to generate your prompt.
- We do not sell your input.
- During the beta, prompt content may be cached in memory temporarily to speed up repeat requests; it is not written to a permanent database.
Third parties
Generating prompts relies on third-party AI providers. Your submitted text is shared with the relevant
provider solely to produce your result, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
Avoid entering sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential data into the beta.
